CODETRISC DAY USE - IRONMAN BRASIL (NON-FEDERED ATHLETE)

RESOLUTION 001/2024

The Board of Directors of FETRISC, based on RESOLUTION ? 001/2023, OF DECEMBER 27, 2023 of CBTri, standardizes the implementation of the License for Participation of Unregistered Athletes - Day Use, through this RESOLUTION 001/2024 - FETRISC, throughout the territory of Santa Catarina, in Triathlon races and its variations, whether they are official races or commercial races. Considering:
The need to establish a maximum limit for the value of Day Use, which is characterized as a License for Participation of Unregistered Athletes;
The Resolution issued by the Brazilian Triathlon Confederation - CBTRi, which set the Day Use value at up to R$ 50.00;
Considering the approval by the Extraordinary Assembly of FETRISC on 01/13/2024 of the implementation of the License for Participation of Unregistered Athletes (Day Use) in Santa Catarina and included in the Entity's Statute.

RESOLVES:
To implement, starting in 2024, the LICENSE FOR PARTICIPATION OF UNREGISTERED ATHLETES - DAY USE, in the amount of R$ 50.00 (fifty reais), which will be applied to all athletes who are not registered in the National Triathlon Sports System, of CBTri;
The License fee will be exclusive for Triathlon races in Santa Catarina, with Duathlon, Aquathlon, and derivative events exempt from the fee.
This Resolution comes into effect on 02/01/2024, revoking any conflicting Instructions.
